The Om tuning fork can help you to achieve a wonderful state of deep relaxation within seconds not hours, due to the primordial vibrations of "Om." As a qualified therapist, and through my own personal experience as a teacher, I truly believe that alternative therapies play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of good health. I have seen them benefit a wide range of different challenges; physical, mental and emotional. By feeding the physical body with positive energy, we can help to facilitate it’s own healing process in a gentle and non-intrusive way. Everything in the universe is in a state of vibration. This includes the human body. Every organ, bone, tissue and other body part, has a healthy resonant frequency. When that frequency alters, that part of the body vibrates out of harmony and this is what we call “dis-ease”.
As soon as the OM Tuning Fork is struck, it sends out a sound wave that creates a mass of golden/red/orange colour, which is magnified by the magnet on the heel. Sound waves can be measured in hertz just as colour can. Therefore, colour and sound can regarded as one and the same. These waves are not normall
y seen with the human eye but they can have a very profound effect with regard to healing on all levels.
In the case of the OM Tuning Fork the colour of golden/orange/red is the same colour the Tibetan monks wear. The monks are known to chant the sound of “OM” for long periods of time because of the profound effect it has on body, mind and spirit. It is the sound of creation and perfection and this is the exact frequency (136.1Hz) that the OM Tuning Fork resonates to. The OM Tuning Fork forms part of the therapy that I teach on the Aurora Colour, Magnetic, Crystal Sound courses, and can be used anywhere on the body, except the spinal cord. It can also be used on the body meridians*, and in reflexology on the hands as well as the feet. I have Reflexologists and Osteopaths who now use this extensively as part of their treatment. * (Meridians are the body’s invisible “energy channels” that run through the physical body and are used within many therapies such as acupressure, acupuncture, shiatsu etc).
The vibration of the OM Tuning Fork works through bone, muscle and tissue and is, therefore, very beneficial for those suffering from rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis or muscular pain.
Whilst the "heel" of the Om tuning fork is working on the physical body, the top of the tuning fork is sending this wonderful vibrational into the etheric emotional and mental layers of the aura at the same time.
